Yes! We are stocked and ready to assist anyone we can with the clean of hurricane Milton. We will be available to clear out any flood damaged houses and preparing them to be re built. We have two crews available that will be working full time. They will be ripping out, drying out and then doing preparation and sanitation works to prevent further damage to your property.
We will be offering estimates to repair any floor or hurricane damaged properties. We are not licenced contractors so if there is major structural damage we may not be able to assist. We will be happy to come out and inspect and advise if we can. In the first few days we will be prioritising anyone in desperate need first.
The first step to tackle that annoying project that you've been thinking about is to get in touch. We will arrange a time convenient to you to come visit you, introduce ourselves and talk through what you want to achieve. We then will let you know when to expect an estimate via email (depending on size of job and work we need to do to get the best price for you). On the estimate there will be a breakdown of stages of the job along with a description of exactly what were going to do and our next available dates to come and complete the work. Once the estimate is accepted we will book the time in, get the materials on order and look forward to getting started!
We perform a variety of trades to get your project completed from carpentry, drywall, flooring, trim work, painting and minor plumbing and electrical works. You can see examples of some of the work we have completed in the gallery section of the website.
Yes! We are fully insured for the work we do. Please ask to see a copy of our insurance information. We keep it at hand in the truck!
We are a handyman business in Florida so we do not hold a contractors licence. Prior to 2019 there used to be a licence for Handymen available but they have since done away with that.
Sometimes the work that needs to be done will require a permit. We will advise if this is the case when we come and take a look at the project. You will be able to apply for a home owners permit if required and you choose to do so! Most of the time the work we do does not require a permit, they usually come into play when you need more major works such as structural work, plumbing pipe installs or running new electrical lines and in this case we might not be the right fit for your job.
We operate Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, and on weekends if the job requires. As we all know with building sometimes we have to work either earlier or later depending on multiple factors. We're happy to work at anytime if the job requires!
We usually provide materials for a Job, but we are happy if our clients prefer to purchase materials themselves to save money. Please be aware if the materials are not correct for the job and you have purchased them we will still charge for lost time if we need to rectify. Any mistakes made if we supply the materials will be on us.
